Smushed, crooked speech bubbles. I am just amazing, aren't I?
And in retrospect, I'm not quite sure how a baseball cap is supposed to hide the fact that you've got no ears on the side of your face. I mean, his hair isn't THAT long. And I wonder how he hears with his ears stuck up in his hat?
Oh, and Mark, the bully with the grey streaks in his hair, actually has blue streaks, it's just the comic was still in black, white, and varying shades of grey at this point.

Gunmetal Annie is the story of a boy, his ears, and the trouble they caused him one day. Mercury Hat is the author/artist though sometimes you may wonder if she even exists. Gunmetal Annie and all characters are copyright to her so do not steal becuz u will be lawsuited to kingdome come by her intarnet lawyur but she does appreciate fanart.
