The last two panels of this page were originally going to be different, I came up with this new joke on the fly while drawing it. It was going to go something like this:
Building is shown to be a jumble of different languages "The Enchalada Beau". Posters read things like "Quelle noche schnell" with Chinese/Japanese characters thrown in for good measure.
Dana: (staring at mixture of words) Uhm...
Rae: If I remember right, they couldn't figure out Earth's dominant language so they went with a couple different ones.
But I went with the "To Serve Man" joke instead which, if you don't know, is a reference to an episode of "The Twilight Zone". "To serve Man" was the title of an alien cookbook.

Jibba Jabba
Gunmetal Annie is the story of a boy, his ears, and the trouble they caused him one day. Mercury Hat is the author/artist though sometimes you may wonder if she even exists. Gunmetal Annie and all characters are copyright to her so do not steal becuz u will be lawsuited to kingdome come by her intarnet lawyur but she does appreciate fanart. Hey, what are you doing reading this bit anyway, go read the comic!
